The Story Behind Versus Fibro

Hi, I’m Pete

Like many people living with fibromyalgia, my journey has been filled with questions, frustration, uncertainty, and more than a few difficult days.

When I was first trying to understand what fibromyalgia meant for my life, I found myself searching for answers. I wanted reliable information, practical advice, and honest experiences from people who truly understood what it was like to live with chronic pain and fatigue.

Sometimes I found helpful resources.

Sometimes I found medical information that felt overwhelming.

And sometimes I simply felt alone.

That experience is what led to the creation of Versus Fibro.

What You’ll Find Here

On Versus Fibro you’ll find:

  •

Everything published here is written with one aim in mind: helping people better understand fibromyalgia and the realities of living with it.

Looking Beyond Awareness

While raising awareness is important, my vision for Versus Fibro goes further. I want this platform to become a trusted hub where people can find support, information, resources, and a sense of community. Too many people living with fibromyalgia feel unheard, misunderstood, or isolated. If Versus Fibro can help even one person feel less alone, then it is serving its purpose.

Looking Ahead

Versus Fibro continues to grow and evolve.

New articles, resources, guides, and community projects are always being developed to help support people affected by fibromyalgia.

This is not just my story.

It is the story of thousands of people navigating life with chronic pain, fatigue, and invisible illness every day.

Thank you for being here and for being part of that journey.

Together, we are stronger.
